Following 18 months of hard work, we have been awarded the Primary Science Quality Mark. This is a national accreditation which has taken a year to earn, through work on our Science provision. You might remember the Science Selfie competition and Rocket Mice Day - these were activities set up through the project; however, behind the scenes, teachers have been working really hard to ensure our Science teaching and Learning is the best it can be, and the award is validation of the steps we have made. We are very proud of our Quality Mark status.
Thank you to Mrs Lansdown (Science Leader), and Miss Harrison (Year 5 teacher), who led the project so effectively, providing great staff CPD and opportunities for pupils.
